I have known Mr. O’Toole for over 15 years as an attorney and more recently as a friend. He has represented me a few times over these years and I found him to be very knowledgeable and attentive to me as a client. The one thing you can count on with Mr O’Toole is he will tell you what is the best way to go and he sticks to his legal opinion even if you do not agree and ask him to do otherwise. The other thing I have come to realize is that first and foremost he always looks out for his clients best interests no matter what.

My wife and I have lived in Lakeland Florida since 1985. A few years ago a very good friend of mine was involved in a near fatal head on collision. Neal's top notch team was responsible for my friend receiving a multi -million dollar award. I truly don't think any other law firm would have obtained that result.
My family and I have hired Mr O’Toole for cases for over 30 years. His aggressive but down to earth and common sense approach to difficult situations and complex legal issues is uncommon. Neal seems to always have a unique and insightful perspective that for us has made the best of some unfortunate and difficult situations.
